Order ahead. Anticipated pickup timing will be communicated when you order. Timing varies with livestock and processing availability. Confirm your pickup before travelling.

55 lb packaged bundle
Start with the smaller mixed order. Our smallest bundle offers a mix of steaks, ground beef and slow-cook cuts. Choose it when you want to try the variety before committing to a larger freezer supply.

A middle ground for your freezer. Between the eighth and half, the quarter gives you room for everyday ground-beef meals, steak dinners and slower cooking. Check the actual package sizes against your available freezer space.

Plan around what you already cook. Consider the half when beef is a regular part of your meal rotation. Look through your freezer first and make room for the whole mixed selection, not only the steaks.

From choosing to collecting
Open the bundle listing for its current selection, total price and availability. If a particular cut or packing request matters to you, ask us before ordering.
Order through the online shop. Bundle timing varies with livestock and processing availability; the anticipated pickup date will be communicated when you order.
Use the confirmed date and collection details to plan your freezer space and trip. Ordering today does not automatically mean your bundle will be ready this Friday.
Collect at the Waiʻanae ranch
Your order confirmation includes the pickup window, address and collection details. Regular pickup is Friday, 4–6 PM. Follow the date confirmed for your order.
Make room for the confirmed quantity and bring your name or order confirmation. Your beef will be vacuum-sealed and labeled; keep it cold on the journey home.
If the regular Friday window does not work for you, call, text or email us to arrange another time. Confirm the details before coming out, and park in the area we point you to.
These are the packaged mixed-cut retail bundles sold in the Oahu Meats shop. If you are asking about a different buying arrangement or custom cutting, contact us before ordering.
The standard offer is a pre-set assortment. Contact us before purchase about a specific cut or packing request. Changes require confirmation; the photos are examples rather than a guaranteed cut list.
Use the confirmed packaged quantity and package sizes, then check the room you actually have. Clear space for the full mixed order. A bundle’s name alone does not determine whether it will fit your freezer.
Agree who will place and collect the order, and review the current selection together. Ask the ranch about separate packing, collection or invoicing before purchase; those arrangements are not automatic.
