Our roots run deep in Hawaiʻi soil.

Two family legacies came together in 2001. Hawaiʻi paniolo on BobbieJo's side, four generations of mainland agriculture on Dustin's. We started Griffith Livestock with thirty head of cattle. Today the herd is over four hundred, and the values that built it are the same ones we pass to our kids: kuleana to the land, respect for every animal, and pride in feeding our community.

A family ranch, raising more than cattle.

We've been raising livestock on the west side of Oʻahu for years, and we're raising our kids out here too. The animals get treated right, the pasture gets cared for, and what comes off this land feeds the families that live here.

When you buy a steak from us, you're buying it from the people who fed that animal that morning. That matters to us. We hope it matters to you too.

Order online

Browse the beef. Pick the cuts that work for your ʻohana, from ground beef to whole strip loin to a quarter share for the freezer.

Friday pickup at the ranch

For now, all orders are picked up at the ranch in Waiʻanae on Fridays. You'll get a confirmation with your pickup window.

Cook & share

Bring it home. Throw it on the grill or fire up the imu, and know exactly where dinner came from and who raised it.
